Issue/Introduction

• RabbitMQ status when checking the System Diagnostics Dashboard reports error status.
• Starting RabbitMQ when running the command systemctl start rabbitmq-server.service fails indicating an issue with missing feature flags error. 
• Single node VIDM deployment.
