Project Breadcrumb Routes to Project Tiles from New Tab

Issue/Introduction

While in the Project grid list, when opening a Project in a new tab, the Project breadcrumb doesn't route to the Project module, but rather the Project Tiles
 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE - 
1. From the Project List, right click on a Project in the list, and open in a new tab.
2. From the new tab, click the "Project" breadcrumb at the top of the page.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

The breadcrumb should open the Project List

ACTUAL RESULTS:

It opens the Project Tiles. This causes a problem if the user does not have the Global right "Project Management - Tiles Navigate". In this instance the user will get an error "API-1007: You are not authorized to process request. Contact your system administrator for necessary security rights"

WORKAROUNDS:
1. Provide the Resource with the right "Project Management - Tiles Navigate"

2. Avoid opening Projects in a new tab
