Issue/Introduction

When logged into VCF Operations for Networks GUI, you observe the Problem alert "24-hour active flow count: ######### has exceeded Collector flows capacity"

 

 

NOTE:  VCF Operations for Networks was formerly named Aria Operations for Networks (AON), and prior to that was named vRealize Network Insight (vRNI).

Cause

The number ######### in the message is greater than the configured capacity.

 

Resolution

Per Collector Deployment - Maximum Capacity please ensure that the Collector node is appropriately sized to accommodate the maximum number shown under the "Flows per Day (M = Million)" heading.

To increase the size of the Collector node, please follow Increase the Brick Size of Your Setup (specifically the steps "For a collector")
