Issue/Introduction
Getting below error when trying to generate dignostics from FE:
Unable to retrive diagnostic file: ServerNotReachableException Server '##.##.##.##' is not reachable!
Environment
All supported releases of Watch4net|M&R
Cause
The server reported in the above error is not reachable from the PC/desktop accessing FE.
Resolution
Engage network team to ensure that the server reported in the above error is reachable from the PC/desktop accessing FE.
