Unable to bring Windows agent up

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading from V21 to 24.4.1, Windows Agent is not able to up.
The Service Manager log shows:
20251030/191232.620 - U00022008 Could not start process 'UC4 WIN01'. Error Code '193'.
Environment
Automic Windows Agent 24.4.X
OS: Windows Server 2019
Resolution
Update the uc4.smd file with "PROGRA~1" instead of "Program Files" for the Agent path
Restart the Service Manager from Windows Services
