Issue/Introduction

You see the following error message when attempting to deploy VCHA using a storage cluster:

Environment

vCenter 7.x/8.x/9.x

Cause

SDRS can trigger an invalid type exception when deploying VCHA.

Resolution

During storage configuration, check the "Disable storage DRS for this virtual machine" box.
