hco failed E03020028 without error message

Issue/Introduction
When run hco to checkout a file on SUSE Linux 12 SP5, it failed with error code E03020028 but no error message:
E03020028: The File Agent error for item <machine-name>\\/usd/<userid>/home/hcm/temp/export/test/<file-name> : .
E03060019: Process Execute failed. Process Name: Check-Out-for-Browse .
I00060080: Check out summary: Total: 1 ; Success: 0 ; Failed: 1 ; Not Processed: 0 .
Checkout.Execute() failed.
Usually after the <file-name> we see some error message and this time we don't.
Environment
14.5 or higher on SUSE Linux 12 SP5
Resolution
Please upgrade the SUSE Linux 12 from SP5 to SP6.
If after this upgrade and the issue persists, please contact Broadcom Support.
