Issue/Introduction

You have decided to change from your standard Enforce managed DLP solution to the Cloud DLP solution, and want to migrate the cloud detector services such as Email, WSS, and CASB to the the Cloud DLP solution provided in the CloudSOC interface.

Resolution

There are two options for this.

1: The simplest solution will be to procure a new Cloud package Entitlement through your sales channel, once the setup is complete you can allow the old one to expire.

2: Optionally you can open a support case and request the the current detectors be deprovisioned.

Once deprovisioning is complete we will reset your entitlements. You can then redeploy them through the Symantec Security Console and select cloud managed.
