VMware SDDC Manager VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

After you create a vSphere Lifecycle Manager image in vCenter and you attempt to import the image in VCF Operations, the Import Image dialog box does not display the existing image.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0

Cause

This happens because the SDDC Manager cannot retrieve the vCenter image repository.

Resolution

  • Log in to the SDDC Manager appliance and switch to the root user.

  • Edit  /etc/vmware/vcf/domainmanager/application-prod.properties by adding the following line:
    vac.scheduler.corepoolsize=5

  • Restart the SDDC Manager services by using the /opt/vmware/vcf/operationsmanager/scripts/cli/sddcmanager_restart_services.sh script.
