Error: Download Failed : handshake_failure(40) during VCF Operations Fleet Management Online Depot configuration.

Issue/Introduction

• Configuring Online Depot connection from VCF Ops 9.0 fails with error - " Download Failed : handshake_failure(40)"

• /var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log reports the following error.

Environment

VCF 9.0

Cause

Fleet management appliance is not able to connect to dl.broadcom.com to download the repo.

Resolution

The software depots address has changed to "dl.broadcom.com" for all the VCF Products or Components. Ensure that the affected components can reach the dl.broadcom.com through the firewall.
