Issue/Introduction

• NSX Upgrade precheck error due to "Edge Node Settings Mismatch" will not allow the upgrade to proceed

• Attempting to resolve sync errors on NSX Edge Node due to a configuration mismatch fails with: Error: The requested object: [NSX_UUID] could not be found. Object identifiers are case sensitive. (Error code: 600):

Cause

The NSX Edge Node configuration is referencing a stale Transport Zone Profile that no longer exists in the system

Resolution

Resolution steps are located in this KB: NSX Host or Edge Transport Nodes have a status of "Unknown" and Tunnels are "Not Available" or "Validation Errors"
