Issues with Service Now integration

Issue/Introduction

An error is occurring when trying to create a new ServiceNow Endpoint for Aria Automation.  The error shown in a red banner is: "Entered details are invalid [ Please verify Host Url / Username / Password or Mid Server status (if Mid Server is required)]". 

- Confirmed that the Mid Server status was up

- Confirmed that the required account had the appropriate roles assigned in ServiceNow

- Confirmed access to Aria Automation for the required account, and that it had the appropriate roles assigned.

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.1

Cause

An external firewall had communication blocked between the Mid Server and the Aria Automation appliance (or cluster)

Resolution

Ensure a rule is in place to allow communication on port 443 between the Mid Server and the Aria Automation appliance
