Load Data Warehouse job fails after upgrade from 16.1.2 to 16.3.2

Issue/Introduction

• Load Data Warehouse job fails
• Even with 'Full Load' flag set to True
• Following error message is logged in the dwh_cmn_error_msg_history table:
  • Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.
• This happens against dwh_inv_project table

Cause

Duplicates are encountered by the job when trying to fetch data for 'odf_obs_fin_dept_key' and 'odf_obs_fin_dept_caption' columns.

Resolution

Removal of duplicate record via supported means.

Caution:

• Do not attempt removal from the Database directly. It can lead to data integrity issues.
