Reporting: 'Current User' smart filter is not working

Issue/Introduction

In MUX Reporting the 'Current User' smart filter is not working

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a report and add a table widget to the canvas using the investment data provider
2. Add Investment Name and Manager to the table columns
3. Log in as a user who are assigned as manager to projects AND give them global access to report designer (Ex: Test, User)
4. For the widget filter, add a filter that filters on an explicit resource that is a manager on a project. You see rows in the table being filtered down.
5. Update the widget filter, and set Manager=Current User

Expected Results: You should see the same results for step 4 and 5

Actual Results:: No results are returned
