Issue/Introduction

Virtual Machine is missing in Aria Automation deployment view after performing a vMotion between vCenters.

When checking Deployment >> Machine custom-properties, migrationstatus: is STARTED.

The problems exist with multi-tenant Aria Automation

 

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

It's a known problem for multi-tenant configuration. Engineering is aware about the issue.

Resolution

At this time, there is no resolution and the available workaround is to unregister and onboard the machine into new deployment.

Our Engineering team is actively working on a fix, The fix is planned to be included in the next Aria Automation patch.
