Domain Updates display incorrectly after redeploy Fleet Management

Issue/Introduction

• Fleet Management appliance is redeployed and connected to VCF operations. See VCF Operations unable to connect to VCF Fleet Management appliance with error, "Error connection Fleet management node, try again"
• Domain's Updates display incorrect information in the Lifecycle of Fleet Management in VCF Operation.
  
  For example:
         ○ In VCF Operations the Updates display Upgrading
         ○ In SDDC Manager the Domain displays the Updates as Upgraded
  
  
• No exception messages are in the logs:
  
         ○ /var/log/vrlcm/vmware_vrlcm.log on the Fleet Management appliance
         ○  /storage/log/vcops/log/casa-webapp/casa.log on the VCF Operations appliance

Resolution

Clear browser cache and relaunch browser to login VCF Operations.
