Issue/Introduction

• Instantiation of a CNF is failing using Helm charts during CNF Upgrade
• TCA-CP app.log can shows the following errors:
  CNF130002    Helm Instantiation Failed. Reason: Unable to cleanup stale VDUs.    Helm Instantiation Failed. Unable to cleanup stale VDUs.
CNF130003    Helm Termination Failed.   Reason: Internal Server Error            Helm termination failed: 0/2 pod(s) satisfied condition 'DELETED': timed out
• The helm pod logs report the following:
  docker secret docker-secret-xx-deploy-xxxx-xxx not found, err: secrets \"docker-secret-xx-deploy-xxxx-xxx\" not found"}

Cause

VDU mappings have not been defined in the values.yml file.

Resolution

1. Initiate a rollback to the previously verified stable state. See Retry or Rollback Cloud Network Function Upgrades
2. Verify that VDU mappings are accurately specified within the values.yaml configuration file.
