Issue/Introduction

In some scenarios the Portal Policy Template Sync fails to push the template to Portal after certificate update.

Environment

API Portal all supported versions for SaaS.

Cause

"Portal Tenant Sync Policy Template" scheduled task was corrupted and cannot be edited.

Resolution

Create a copy of the "Portal Tenant Sync Policy Template" scheduled task and delete the old corrupted task.

The next "Portal Tenant Sync Policy Template" scheduled task will sync the template changes to Portal.
