Healthwatch Dashboard - All Jobs shows No Data

Issue/Introduction

Looking into Healthwatch's Grafana specifically "All Jobs" show No data but other dashboard has no issues and displaying any data.

Also bosh director health also shows no data

 

Environment

Healthwatch 2.3.x

Ops Manager 3.x

Resolution

 

The issue might be caused because Ops Manager is not configured to allow the Metrics Scraper to connect to Bosh-Managed VMs included Bosh director.

 

check the Bosh tile -> Director Config -> Enable system-metrics checkbox

From our docs this checkbox is responsible for:

If you want to collect detailed metrics from BOSH-managed VMs, select the Enable System Metrics check box. For a list of metrics that the System Metrics Agent collects from BOSH-managed VMs, see System Metrics Agent on GitHub. When you select this check box, ensure that the System Metrics Scraper is able to connect on port 53035 to all BOSH-managed VMs.
