Spinning Wheel Issue When Accessing the VCF Operations Orchestrator in VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0

Issue/Introduction

In VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.0.x, when an external VCF Operations orchestrator with a self-signed certificate is added to a VCF Automation tenant and the user tries to access Orchestrate tab, the VCF Operations orchestrator UI is not loaded and a spinner is shown.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.0.x

VCF Operations Orchestrator 9.0.x

Cause

• This is caused by the certificate not being accepted by the browser.

Resolution

As a workaround, perform the following steps:

• Navigate to the VCF Operations orchestrator deployment in another tab and accept the certificate.
• Refresh the VCF Automation page.
  
  

Alternatively, if the integration is still new and do not have data, we can remove the integration VCF Automation Orchestrator and add it back again, allowing the browser to accept the new certificate.
