Spinning Wheel Issue When Accessing the VCF Operations Orchestrator in VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0

Issue/Introduction

In VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.0, when an external VCF Operations orchestrator with a self-signed certificate is added to a VCF Automation tenant and the user tries to access Orchestrate tab, the VCF Operations orchestrator UI is not loaded and a spinner is shown.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 9.0

VCF Operations orchestrator 9.0

Cause

This is caused by the certificate not being accepted by the browser.

Resolution

As a workaround, perform the following steps:

• Navigate to the VCF Operations orchestrator deployment in another tab and accept the certificate.
• Refresh the VCF Automation page.
