How to test port connectivity between NetOps Systems

Issue/Introduction

Certain ports must be open for various components in NetOps to function properly.

Environment

Redhat Linux 8 and 9

Resolution

In order to test port connectivity, use the following ncat command:

nc <ip> <port>

It should be tested both ways to ensure proper connectivity.
