Specifically, the default admin username configured in VMware Identity Manager does not align with the username stored in VMware Aria Automation.

Resolution

To resolve the import issue, follow the steps below:
  1. Reset the Administrator Password in VMware Identity Manager:
  2. Reimport the Environment into VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle:

    • Delete the existing VMware Aria Automation environment from VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle.
