Issue/Introduction

We've encountered a situation where users despite having "all access" to services and unable to view AXA applications.

We've also observed an instance where a team, even without any explicit access to services, is able to view all AXA applications

Resolution

The Universe definition in APM has all the attributes configuration and lists all Applications

Update the APM universe accordingly, for more information refer to Techdocs DX O2 - APM Universes.
