Unable to save vCenter Login Message

Issue/Introduction

[SAVE] button remains greyed out when applying a custom login message to the vCenter Client Login Page:

Environment

vCenter 8.x

vCenter 9.x

Cause

The 'Terms and Conditions' has not been set, so the [SAVE] button remains greyed out.

Resolution

Replace 'Terms and Conditions' with your own text and the [SAVE] button activates:
