Issue/Introduction

Cost discrepancy for an AWS account between FlexReport and Cost History at the channel customer level.

Resolution

This is because this customer's account is benefiting from a SavingsPlans and RDS Reservation. In this case, in FlexReports, you have to add Usage + any Fees + SavingsPlanEffectiveCost + Reservation EffectiveCost to match the account's total with Cost History report.
