Issue/Introduction

• Amazon is offering a platform that will support vSphere environments similarly to the VMware product  VMC on AWS.
• The support for AWS Amazon Elastic VMware Service (EVS) is, according to AWS documentation, first handled by AWS.
  •  What kind of support is provided for Amazon EVS?
    
• When a case is received by VMware support for support for any component of the EVS product it will be closed and the customer directed to AWS for help.
• The case will be closed as a denial of service.

• Please open a case with AWS for support of the EVS product.
• If VMware's support is needed, AWS will open the case.
