NSX-T collection error: Collector of type NSX-T is running for more than 60 minutes in Usage Meter 9.0

Issue/Introduction

NSX-T product notification shows "Collector of type NSX-T is running for more than 60 minutes." with product ID "0"

Environment

VCF usage meter 9.0
NSX 4.x

Cause

From the logs it can be detected that there is a long running detector -> GFWDetector which takes more than 20 minutes to collect the data because of the bigger inventory.

As per the defined LAYER3 firewall sections the Usage Meter collects all rules per section. 

Resolution

The notification "Collector of type NSX-T is running for more than 60 minutes." does not stop the collection.

The Metering capability will not be affected by this.

Additional Information

Note: If the collection runs more than 180 minutes, the collector will be forced to stop.
