Issue/Introduction

While deploying a new VCF instance to an existing fleet you get an error: Failed to deploy VCF Operations fleet management on SDDC Manager.

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x 

Cause

This issue occurs when the port 22 is not opened from the SDDC manager to the VCF Operations fleet management. 

Resolution

Open the Port 22 and 443 from the SDDC Manager to the VCF Operations fleet management.
