OneClick Console through Java is much slower after upgrading to Spectrum 25.4.1

Issue/Introduction

A customer has updated to Spectrum version 25.4.1 and is complaining that using OneClick through the Java console is much slower.

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum: 25.4.1

Resolution

Increased the maxThreads from 150 to 450 in the $SPECROOT/tomcat/conf/server.xml file and restart the Spectrum Tomcat service to put the change in place.
