Issue/Introduction

  • In Service Broker, a custom form may be configured with a conditional value (e.g., for VM placement) that is set to automatically select when a Project is chosen on the form.
  • This functionality works as expected within the native Service Broker UI (navigating via Consume > Catalog). When a user selects a Project, the conditional field is correctly auto-selected on the New Request form.
  • However, when the same catalog item is accessed and requested through the ServiceNow portal, the conditional logic does not trigger. The field is not auto-selected and requires manual user input.
