How to know if cost is involved during the hardware and software upgrade?

Issue/Introduction

There is a requirement to  migrate their system 8202-E4D (P05 Tier) to Power10 9105-41B (P05 Tier).
How to determine any impact on cost and technical for this move.

Environment

Release : CA 2E 8.7.

Resolution

There is cost involved in license for hardware upgrade.  Broadcom technical support team , suggest to work with  corresponding aggregator and product management team for more details. 
Determining the cost is beyond the scope of support.
