AWI v24.4 performance issue opening Workflow Monitor

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading from 21.x to 24.4.2, AWI has a slow response even when few people are logged on.
This performance issue is most visible when trying to open the Workflow Monitor of a big Workflow.
When clicking Last Monitor it takes time to load the screen but when doing a right-click on a big child Workflow, the issue becomes more apparent because it takes seconds before the menu items appear.
It has been observed as well that loading the AWI settings menu, next to the user name (top right) takes time.
Cause
Analysis showed that the Workflow is loaded twice from the database.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
