Issue/Introduction

SEP install package import fails with 'There was a problem parsing the submitted file'

Error in SMP log:

Failed to retrieve file details

Access to the path '...\SoftwareManagement\Temp\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\2c1f5037-1964-42e7-9557-dc63b2b37925' is denied.

Cause

Access to software management Temp folder is insufficient.
