sm_service command gives error

Issue/Introduction

sm_service: error while loading shared libraries: libsm_malloc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Environment

All Smarts version

Cause

Local directory is corrupted as user copied few custom files from old to new setup hence ic-serviced is not running which eventually giving library error. 

Resolution

To resolve this issue, obtain a known good local directory from the backup or from another Smarts installation and copy it to the <BASEDIR>/smarts/.

Start ic-serviced followed by all services using sm_service command and confirm that it is working.

If backup is not available, install same Smarts version as problematic version, copy local directory and then uninstall the newly installed version as it is not needed anymore.
