Issue/Introduction

This document describes how to confirm DNS entries in Usage Meter 9.0.

Environment

Usage Meter 9.0

Resolution

You can find the DNS entries with following two procedure:

1) Usage Meter VAMI
Access VAMI (https://<UM IP>:5480/) and navigate "Networking" -> "Network Settings"


2) CLI
SSH to Usage Meter appliance by user usagemeter and run following command

$ nmctl show-dns

Sample out of command:
$ nmctl show-dns
       DNS Servers: ###.###.###.### ###.###.###.###
Fallback DNS Servers: ###.###.###.### ###.###.###.### ###.###.###.### ###.###.###.### ####:####:####::#### ####:####:####::#### ####:####:####::#### ####:####:####::####       DNS Settings: MulticastDNS (yes) LLMNR (no) DNSOverTLS (no) ResolvConfMode (stub) DNSSEC (no)
