When generating system logs through vCenter for an ESXI host in a VSAN cluster the tasks take 30 or more minutes to complete, and users will notice the downloaded log bundles fail to extract using standard tools and methods.

We will want to check if the vSAN Health Service -> Performance service -> Network diagnostic mode has been enable on the cluster. It is suggested to enable this mode only as directed by VMware Support and it should not be left on.
