VANWEBUI failed with the error "JVMJZBL1003E Error opening //DD:STDENV"

Issue/Introduction

Installed Vantage StoragePoint web client and trying to start VANWEBUI as a started task and getting the following error.

JVMJZBL1003E Error opening //DD:STDENV, using existing environment.

Resolution

In the VANWEBUI JCL / PROC move the unix script statements which are supplied as SPOOL input to the STDENV DD to reside in a data set instead.  Then add the data set in the STDENV DD name as below
