• The user is unable to import a branding.zip file into VCF Automation 9.0.1.0, experiencing a spinning wheel and console errors.

Environment

• VMware Cloud Foundation Automation 9.x

Cause

• The issue has been checked and confirmed to be a product defect where zip files starting with numbers and special characters are not imported.

Resolution

• Rename the zip file to start with an alphabet and without special characters.
