Cause

This issue occurs due to race condition essentially, two operations happening at the same time in an unexpected order by the network driver leading to crash.

Resolution

Please involve Hardware vendor for hardware diagnostics for network adapter health state. Update firmware and the driver to their latest supported versions to avoid recurrence.
