When creating a profile the user gets an error stating that federated login is enabled
1. Sign into CloudHealth via SSO login.
2. Click the Support link from within CloudHealth -
3. From the main page select login and once signed in, ensure Tanzu is selected here (should only be needed first time) -
4. Now attempt to access the portal to open a new case within this same session - https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/my-dashboard?dest=case
