RA FTP Jobs keeps disconnecting and/or the transfer speed is slow

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to RA FTP 4.1.4, a decrease in file transfer speed may be observed. 

Additionally, connection errors may be seen in the output file or Agent logs whether or not a file transfer is successful

Environment

RA FTP No Web version 4.1.4

Cause

Bug in jsch library

Resolution

Workaround:

Download and install/upgrade the attached RA FTP No Web version 4.1.4 dev build.
