Issue/Introduction

A program calling Librarian FAIRREC routine fails with RC=08.

FAIRREC is returning a return code 8 in RECRET. This means  the parms passed to FAIRREC are not correct. 

Environment

Release: 4.4

Cause

The FAIR routines linked in with the program load other FAIR modules at runtime, for example FAIRMOD2 but it is loading the module from v4.3 not v4.4
The Librarian load library is not in the JOBLIB or STEPLIB, so the job is picking up old release modules from the LPA or Linklist.

Resolution

Add the Librarian v4.4 CALJLINK to the JOBLIB or STEPLIB so it picks up the 4.4 modules.
