VCF Ops Fleet Manager is not up to date with vCenter components

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to deploy Operations for Logs in VCF Fleet Management Lifecycle.  During the deployment, when you select Network and Datastore settings, you are seeing discrepancies on the available options to be selected. The installer does not have the updated information from vCenter as to what datastores and networks are available for the selection.  You are unable to continue with the deployment.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

The inventory of vCenter components are not synced and updated with the changes on vCenter.  

Resolution

1. On VCF Operations UI, go to Fleet Management > Lifecycle > VCF Management > Settings > Deployment Targets
2. Click on "Refresh Data Collection" icon to perform a refresh of the collected vCenter data.
3. Once completed, go back to the Operations for Logs deployment task. 
4. Confirm the Network and Datastore options are updated with the correct data with the vCenter.
