After upgrading to SCM v14.5.0, we find that if a user's account is locked out, we cannot unlock it using the Harvest Administrator Tool. The "Locked" checkbox is checked, but disabled.

This problem is fixed with the 14.5.01 cumulative patch. When the checkbox is checked, it is enabled which allows the Harvest Administrator to clear the checkbox to unlock the user.
Download of SCM v14.5.01 can be accomplished by logging into the Broadcom Support website. Navigate to the Download Center and search for the "CA Harvest Software Change Manager" product. Click the Solutions tab and select "CA Harvest Software Change Manager Premium Edition Named Users MULTI-PLATFORM", and "14.5.0" from the drop down menu. Then select solution "CA HARVEST SCM CUMULATIVE PATCH V14.5.01".
