Automation Central "Delete old snapshots" preview scope not displaying filtered VMs

Issue/Introduction

• Need Automation Central job to remove VM snapshots but not the data protection snapshots

Environment

vROps Ops 8.16

Cause

• The filter set is an AND operator. The criteria for the snapshot deletion is a combination of all the filter options.
• The minimum number of days is 7 days.

Resolution

• The criteria defined in the Reclaim Information tab are applied only to the Object Scope, available via Preview Scope, filtered during job creation.
• The final filtered list (combining both reclamation related filtering and object scope related filtering) becomes available only after the job is created and can be viewed directly through the Scheduler:
