Select a hub does not populate hubs listing in Add 'OS' Monitoring

Issue/Introduction

When selecting a hub in Add Monitoring, the hub list is not readily available:

Also, once the list does become available, and a new device is typed in, it will suddenly disappear or change to non edit mode.

Environment

• UIM 23.4
• Operator Console > Setup Wizard

Cause

One or more hubs in the environment is currently shut down, or unavailable in the domain.

Resolution

Slated to be fixed in CU7 of UIM 23.4.
