VCF 9.x Installer fails on, "Get SDDC Initialize workflow status"

Issue/Introduction

The deployed MGMT vCenter loses network connectivity when switching from the standard switch to the configured DVS.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 9.x 
VCF Installer

Cause

DvPG Uplink assignments fail during VCF Installer Bring Up or WLD Domain Creation when the MANAGEMENT and VM_MANAGEMENT networks have different network configurations.

Resolution

This is a known limitation with VCF 9.0 and VCF 9.1, this will be addressed in a future release of the product. 


Workaround:

Manually configure the vmnics on the DVS to restore network connectivity and then retry the workflow from the VCF Installer.
