The certificates displayed on the screen are different in each NSX Manager UI.

Issue/Introduction

• The number of certificates displayed on the [System] > [Certificates] page in the UI of each NSX Manager node within the management cluster may differ between nodes.
• In addition, on an NSX Manager’s [Certificates] page, the value shown for "Total Certificates" may not match the actual number of certificates listed.

Cause

This issue occurs when the search data becomes inconsistent across NSX Manager nodes in the management cluster.

Resolution

Running the following admin CLI command on each NSX Manager may help resolve the issue by resynchronizing the search data:

start search resync all
