Reconcile Failed for tkg.vsphere.vmware.com during initial deployment of a VKS Supervisor

Issue/Introduction

• When initially deploying a vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) Supervisor the Supervisor is stuck in an error state
  
  
• Selecting the error link under the Supervisor's Config Status displays:

vSphere Kubernetes Service 9

Cause

During the activation of the Supervisor, the Control Plane HA option was not enabled and a Control Plane size of Tiny was selected. This results in not enough CPU resources being available to run the required pods. 

Resolution

Either enable the Control Plane HA option and/or select a Control Plane size larger than Tiny.
