Issue/Introduction

You've upgraded a Linux server with an existing VM:Tape Linux install on it. VM:Tape Linux commands now proceed to fail.

Resolution

Uninstall and reinstall the RPM which can be followed via our documentation here. The most current PTF/RPM should be used. Please check for our newest version of VM:Tape Linux PTF/RPM here.
